Back when I finished 10th Grade…
I decided to leave the traditional school system, so I could homeschool myself for the rest of my high school career.
Why? Because I felt like my identity got dependent on my grades, accomplishments, and how others perceived me. Sure, I was a consistent "A+ student"... but that label, together with the expectations and external pressure that came with it, has somehow limited me from exploring the more important things in life.
Homeschooling empowered me with the freedom to explore more of the world and learn skills that are truly valuable in real life — not just mere information to be memorized for test papers, but hands-on experience that jumpstarted my personal and professional development journey.
Throughout that journey…
I've discovered and learned from thought leaders and entrepreneurs like Dean Graziosi, Tony Robbins, Brendon Burchard, Dan Lok, Marie Forleo, Jay Shetty, Arianna Huffington, Lewis Howes, Evan Carmichael, Jim Kwik, and even **THE LEGENDS** like Napoleon Hill, Earl Nightingale, Wallace D. Wattles, Neville Goddard, and so much more.
Then, it was in the middle of it all that I discovered the skill of marketing and sales.
I started out by "closing in print" for various companies as a remote direct-response copywriter in 2020, which gave me the freedom, flexibility, and financial independence to travel and work from anywhere around the world.
I continued down the amazing path of closing in print up until 2025 — I decided it was time to make some change and to get into high-ticket closing. (AKA it's time to break the income ceiling and step into the next level of my life!!!)
Some of the favorite places I've traveled to so far?
Well, that's always a hard question. But I guess my top 5 so far are Banff (Canada), Munich (Germany), Paris (France), Nashville (U.S.A), and Niagara Falls (Canada).
Whenever I'm not marketing or closing deals on the go...
You'll most likely catch me singing, making music, writing poetry, dancing to some songs I love just for funsies, or looking up at the sky while brainstorming ideas in my mind that I'll most likely write about later on.
I also enjoy meditating, reading books (both fiction and non-fiction), and taking various courses and programs on personal growth and development.
And fun fact: I recently just published my debut poetry book, 5D: a poetry collection about life, love, and loss. I also released a demo version of one of my original songs — i didn't mean to fall in love.
Both works are under my artist name, Stella Lane. So in case you're wondering, yes... Stella is me! Or more specifically, Stella is my "alter ego." 😆
Growth and Connection
Two of my highest values are growth and connection.
Because I believe that working and investing on growth from within ourselves would lead us to connect with ourselves and with others in very meaningful ways...
Which would then bring us to learning and improving, making our world a little better.
Plus, this empowers us to expand our horizons and break through limits!
After all, that's a huge part of what makes our lives meaningful, right?
Well, if you agree with me on this...
...I bet we're going to learn a lot from each other and get along well!
